The Walking Group depart Tuesday mornings at 10.30am from St. Fintan's Pastoral Centre lobby.
Wednesdays : Coffee and chat from 10.30am in the Parish Centre.
Computer Courses. The last few places for the second set of classes on how to best use Tablets and home PCs will commence on Friday 3rd November. Members should register without delay during the Coffee Mornings. All classes are in the Parish Centre and a small charge will apply.
French language sessions will take place on the 2nd and 4th Wed. of each month. The next one is in the Marine Hotel on 8th November at 10.30am.
Irish Conversation sessions will take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 11am in the Parish Centre. The next one is on 2nd November at 11am in the Parish Centre.
Weekly Line Dancing - will take a 2 week break and will re-commence on Wednesday 15th November at 3pm.
SARA BOOKCLUB. The next meeting of the Book Club will take place on Friday 3rd November at 11am in the Marine Hotel. The proposed read is: 'Elinor Oliphant is Completely Fine' by Gail Honeyman. Contact: 086-0609956.
Wed. 8 Nov.: The author Ann Chambers will deliver a lecture on the life of the acclaimed Mayo-born opera singer, Margaret Burke Sheridan. A small entry fee will apply.
Thurs. 9 Nov.: Members who are booked on the coach trip to the Bord Gais Energy Theatre production of 'Miss Saigon' are reminded that the coach will leave from the Parish Centre punctually at 5.45pm.
Tue. 28 Nov.: We are proposing a coach trip again this year to visit the Kildare Village Outlet for some early Christmas Shopping. Registration from 25 October.
Thurs. 7 Dec.: Members Christmas luncheon, with entertainment, will be held in Sutton Golf Club. Bookings and payments will commence on 15th November and tickets will cost €35.00 per person.
